What KazTool does
KazTool converts Kazakh text between Cyrillic and Arabic-based Tote (Töte) in both directions. This is script conversion, not translation. www.kaztool.cn is the mainland China website; www.kaztool.com is the international website. Their access conditions differ.
Supported directions: Kazakh Cyrillic → Kazakh Arabic/Töte and Kazakh Arabic/Töte → Kazakh Cyrillic. Töte is also called Tote Jazu, төте жазу, 托特文 or 托特叶文. Conversion preserves the language; it does not translate Kazakh into Chinese, English or Russian. Review names, loanwords and publication text with a fluent reader.
International website
The KazTool international website processes conversion text on its servers and requires an internet connection. Short text conversion is available without charge within the displayed limits; longer text and additional features may require sign-in or VIP. Check the current website terms.
The current text interface offers guests up to 1,000 characters per request and signed-in users up to 3,000. VIP unlocks longer text and selected additional features; request-rate and service limits still apply. Confirm the current offer in the website before purchasing. These limits describe website text conversion, not API credits or every document feature.
Mainland China website
Conversion on the KazTool mainland China website requires sign-in and an internet connection. Text is processed on KazTool servers in China. Available features, allowances and prices are shown in the website.

Independent REST API and remote MCP
REST API and remote MCP are a separate service requiring your own authorized, enabled API account. Website VIP does not include API character credits. Read the official connection guide for access and billing conditions.
The independent service supports Cyrillic ↔ Arabic/Töte conversion, batches of plain text, writing-system detection and usage queries. Detection identifies script characters, not language, spelling or grammar. The API does not supply OCR, translation or proofreading.
REST contract: live OpenAPI. Remote MCP endpoint: https://api.kaztool.cn/mcp. Authentication, manual account activation and allowance are required; there is no anonymous API access. Trial eligibility is account-managed. Successful conversion consumes input-character allowance; website VIP and API credits are separate.

Accuracy and discoverability
Conversion is maintained with rule-based processing and tests. Passing engineering checks does not establish correctness for every word. Human review remains necessary for important text. An accessible page, API or MCP endpoint does not prove that an AI platform has installed KazTool, indexed its latest pages or will recommend it.
